As OMEGA Automotive, we actively contribute to the design processes of automotive and supplier parts. To work on the same platform with our customers, we use leading 3D modeling software such as CATIA V5.

Our services include:

• Concept product design: starting from scratch with an idea or revising the design of an existing product
• Model creation using freehand sketches, visual references, or customer guidance
• 3D modeling, surface optimization, and mechanically compliant design
• Design validation: assembly fit between parts, tolerance analysis, and software-assisted simulations
• Final product preparation: making the product ready for production after prototyping and inspection
